Pilot Bio - Zeppelin

ZEPPELIN / WHITE 14
		Not much is known about the origin and the parents of Thorsten "Zeppelin" Wind. He was found as a child, aged 3 or 4 maybe onboard a heavily damaged and abandoned Freighter drifting through a scarcely populated region in the outer rim. Luckily he was found by traders en route to the only colony in the sector, where he was raised by foster parents, who not only taught him how to fly all kinds of vessels at a very early age, but also gave him his firm belief in law and order.
The search for his origin and his real parents and his belief in justice led him to join the Alliance, where his flying skills and the good scores in all training and test missions earned him an immediate spot in Green Squadron as Green 14. After he discovered the existance of his twin brother, Commanding Officer of Omega Squadron´s recon element "The Eagle's Eye" and after two heavy battles in which both Omega and Green Squadron took part, he couldn't stand the possibility of shooting at his own brother - maybe the only key to his unknown past - decided to retire and left Green Squadron immediately. Vowed never to return to fight for either side, one of his closest friends, Sherry "Shok'wave" Krenzel, the Commanding Officer of White Squadron, recruited him to join the reorganized former Praying Mantis Squadron, where he now serves as White 14. Zeppelin's favorite ship is the B-Wing, but he can fly all other Alliance and most Imperial fighters with ease as well. He has flown a mine-racing time of 7:16 (see ZeppMine.zip) and is (to my knowledge) the 4th- or 5th-ranked pilot in STD-racing with a time of 12:01.
