The Command Wing consists of 5 positions including Commanding Officer (CO), Executive Officer (XO), Intelligence Officer (IntO), Tactical Operations (TacO), and the Training Officer (TrnO).
Members of the squad who show dedication and high levels of activity in the squad may be promoted to higher ranks, as well as offered a position in the Command Wing at the discretion of the other Command members. Squad members who feel that they would be an asset to the Command Wing but have not received an invitation to the group may submit a minimum 250 word essay to the members of the Command Wing outlining why they feel they deserve the position and what contributions they have made and will make to the Squad.

These members are currently in the process of improving their piloting skills to join the ranks of the squad. Pilots who wish to join White Squad are encouraged to contact a member of the Command Wing for assistance in their training.
Occasionally, a trainee will go above and beyond the call of duty, and may therefore be invited to join the ranks of White Squad on a temporary basis. These pilots may become involved in advanced training, or in special operations. While they retain their training status, they are included in the White Squad Roster for that time. White Squad is currently not accepting new trainees.
